The practice was established in 1981 by a group of private practice dentists who felt they could deliver a higher quality of dentistry and increase patient convenience by joining together in one location and inviting specialists to come to the facility to treat our patients.

Frank Chen, DDS
Dr. Chen attended MIT and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1993. After completing his undergraduate studies, he chose to pursue a career in dentistry and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry.
Dr. Chen has extensive experience in Implantology, Cosmetic Dentistry, Digital CAD/CAM & 3D Cone Beam Dentistry, Oral Sleep Apnea dentistry and is certified in Laser and Oral Sedation Dentistry.
Dr. Chen founded Solano Dental Group in 2001 and has built a successful practice. In 2015, he joins the Parkside Dental Care team and continues his drive for providing the highest standard of dental care to his patients. Patient satisfaction is always his top priority.
Outside of work, Dr. Chen enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys traveling, rock climbing, scuba diving, and skiing. He is also a yoga enthusiast.
